If you are a veterinarian and would like to refer a patient for physiotherapy or hydrotherapy, please download our referral form below and email it back to us, along with the patient clinical history and relevant scan results.

If you are unsure if a patient is suitable, please reach out via WhatsApp or email and one of our physios will happily reach out to discuss the case.

If you are an owner looking to book an initial appointment for your pet, please note that we legally require a veterinary referral prior to the first session. You may download our referral form above and discuss with your veterinarian if they are happy to refer your pet to physiotherapy.
